Check in/out Policy:

Check out time - 12:00
We are flexible about check out time and you may get up to 6 hours extra if we have enough availability.
You will be surcharged for 1 night if your check out is delayed by more than 6 hours.
Policy on Children
If you want to share beds with your children (under 12 years of age) you can do so without paying extra charges.
We can provide extra beds if required at nominal rates.
Cancellation Policy:
From 7 to 3 days before check-in date, all cancellations require 25% of the total amount as penalty. 3 days or less before check-in date, 50% of the amount will be charged as penalty.No refund will be given against a no-show.
Payment Policy:
Besides cash, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Traveller's Cheques.
Our rates already include 13% VAT and 10% Service Charge

Our hotel is owned and managed by our Managing Director Mr. Mohan Lal Sherchan and his family. Mr. Sherchan was formerly a pioneer in real estate business and in 2002 he acquired Hotel Lucky Star. Under their effective management and supervision our hotel has gained significant popularity and success.
The Sherchan family and our staff connect very well with guests and are always ready to help them understand the culture and wonders of Nepal. Only when you understand a place and its people you will think of visiting that place again.
